Hydrogenated castor oil can be used as a slow-release material

1. Methoxynapropionic acid controlled-release tablets

Quick release granule formula: 300mg methoxynaphthalene propionic acid, 880mg lactose, 18mg PVP, 30mg starch, 18mg carboxymethyl starch sodium, 1.2mg magnesium stearate;

Controlled release granule formula: 450mg methoxynaphthalene propionic acid, 171mg hydrogenated castor oil, 54mg ethyl cellulose;

Mix the above two types of particles evenly and press them into tablets.

2. Long acting potassium chloride tablets

Take a prescription amount of potassium chloride crystals and suspend them in molten cetamol, hydrogenated castor oil, and stearic acid. Stir until almost solidified, then pass through a 20 mesh sieve to form particles. The particles are then mixed with gelatin solution and passed through a 10 mesh sieve for granulation. After drying at room temperature, add lubricant and press it into a core, and finally coat it with sugar.

3. N-one (a hydroxyethyl) nicotinoyl nitrate skeleton tablets

Take 90g of hydrogenated castor oil and disperse it into a powder with a diameter of 1.5 μ m using a micro grinder; M particles were immediately mixed with 8g of hydroxypropyl cellulose, and the mixture was granulated by mixing 20g of 10% hydroxypropyl cellulose with 43g of water, and dried at 50 ℃ to obtain particle A. 2.5g of the above mixture was taken, and 7.5g of the main drug was added to prepare particle B. 5.9g of lactose, 3g of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.1g of magnesium stearate, and 1g of the main drug were mixed to prepare particle C. Particle A, B, and C were mixed and compressed into tablets.

4. Slow release coating material

Specific drugs require a coating layer to achieve sustained release effect, and hydrogenated castor oil is one of the commonly used sustained release materials, with a general dosage of 5.0% -20.0% of the total weight of the coating layer.
