Polyoxyethlene castor oil ether EL-20 has four core functions: emulsification, solubilization, dispersion, and wetting.
1. Pharmaceutical industry: As an emulsifier EL-20, solubilizer, and dispersant, it is mainly used to improve the solubility and formulation stability of fat soluble drugs, and is an important excipient in the pharmaceutical field
2. Ethoxylated Castor Oil as emulsifiers, solubilizers, and cleaners, cosmetics and daily chemical industries are suitable for "oil in water" skincare and care products, especially for mild formulas
3. Textile industry as emulsifier, antistatic agent, softener, spinning oil agent: In the spinning process of synthetic fibers (such as polyester, polyacrylonitrile, nylon), as the core component of oil agent, dyeing auxiliaries: solubilizing or dispersing dyes (especially dispersed dyes, reactive dyes), to ensure uniform distribution of dyes in the dye solution and avoid color difference in the fabric. In chemical fiber size (such as polyvinyl alcohol size), it can be used as an emulsifier and defoamer to eliminate foam in size, improve the adhesion of size to fiber, and reduce size loss during weaving.
