Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether also named Peregal O is a non-ionic surfactant, mainly composed of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, which is in the form of a milky white or beige ointment. It freezes when cooled and is easily soluble in water.
